Peavey Plaza is a 2023 Doors Open Venue! Built in 1975 by M. Paul Friedberg, Peavey Plaza is a notable example of modernist architecture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013 and in 2019 reopened after a $10 million revitalization. Explore the new Peavey Plaza, with restored fountains, additional trees, and improved accessibility. Quentin Collette from New History will provide 20-minute walking tours every hour on the hour from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, May 13. Click to learn more about Doors Open.
